Quilchena Golf & Country Club can create memorable moments for you and your guests whatever the occasion – weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, business meetings, banquets, roasts and toasts.  Our banquet facilities are available for both private and corporate events.

We have great flexibility as to space and can handle both large and small gatherings in our magnificent cupola-topped clubhouse. This wood and timber building has a lovely restaurant, several lounges and three banquet rooms. The Arbutus and Fairway banquet rooms with private balconies can be used together to accommodate up to 180 people. The adjoining private members' dining room may be added to accommodate up to 240 people -- with the members' approval. The smaller Mountainview banquet room can handle from 32 to 50 guests, depending on the style of the event and also features its own balcony.

"My family and I would like to thank you and your staff for helping us celebrate my parents anniversary.  The party was a huge success thanks to you and your staff.  Sean was excellent at keeping our room clean and stocked.  I believe everyone at the party would recommend the service and food for an event.  I understand there was a slight problem with the die in the green plastic chairs coming off.  The problem was reported to Sean and solved in minutes, I only heard about it because everyone was so impressed with how it was dealt with.
