Home of Champions in Golf
From the first days of the club back in the 1920s, Quilchena Golf & Country Club has been the ideal facility for families and recreational golfers. But at the same time, it has also provided the ultimate challenge to golf’s finest and has produced some of the best players in the game.
Most recently, Quilchena's Christine Wong won the BC Women’s Amateur title in 2010. And, Jennifer Wyatt played for years on the LPGA Tour. The Quilchena honour role includes Canadian Amateur winners; BC Junior and BC Junior Girls' champions; BC Men’s and Ladies' Amateur title holders; BC Senior Men’s and Senior Ladies' champs; PNGA Men’s, Women’s, and Masters winners; BC PGA Assistants'; and Canadian Tour champions.
The course is a winner too having hosted the CPGA Transamerica Championship, the RCGA CN Women’s Tour Championship, and will host the 2011 Royale Cup Canadian Junior Girls' Championship.
